This Meltdown Tuna Salad Sandwich is hot hot hot! But we in the South aren’t afraid of a little heat. 90 degrees? Who’s up for a picnic and a ballgame? 102? Break out the lemonade. Below the Mason Dixon line, we understand that the beginning of high temps means the beginning of fun.
The Dish gets that too. So we turned up the heat on our tuna salad sandwich to make it ooey, gooey, and utterly perfect. It’s tuna, mayo, green onion, pickle relish, and spices, run under the broiler for a melt that’s the best under the sizzling southern sun.
