That’s a good start, but then the summer fun starts: salty feta balances a double-shot of sweet, with fresh strawberries and candied pecans for crunch. Drizzle a dressing of your choice, finish with a dill pickle, and you’ve got yourself a perfect seasonal chicken salad spring/summer situation on that plate. Just add water, y’all!
