Mississippi Mud Cupcake

Our Mississippi Mud Cupcakes are medium chocolate cupcakes transformed into something delightfully unrecognizable. We get a little carried away with this fun and tasty dessert. First, we fill it full of marshmallow buttercream. I mean we really muddy it up with the good stuff for sure. Next we dip it in crushed pecans to give it that lumpy rough and tumble look. This cupcake owns that look too! Finally the entire dessert is coated with buttermilk chocolate icing. You might think it sounds a bit messy. But this Mississippi Mud Cupcake can hold its own and it cleans up quite nicely. In the end, it turns out looking confident, crunchy and totally yummy. And it is!
