Lemon Bar

There are people out there who like anything lemon. Maybe you’re one of them? They’re pucker addicts, sour specialists, tart-lovers in training. They’re the folks who mine the Skittles for yellow and leave the rest. Who choose lemonade over sweet tea and lemon sherbert over ice cream. And our lemon bars? This is the dessert for those folks. Lemon bars are a Southern classic–like summer sunshine in your mouth. The Dish does it right, with plenty of fresh-squeezed lemon juice, ooey gooey filling, and a crackly top. These lemon bars will have you saying, “oooh la lemon-y la!”
