Egg Salad

When we say, “Our own egg salad…”, here’s what we mean: we don’t just whip up some egg salad, we OWN IT. We master the egg salad. We rock it. Forget about putting any Humpty Dumpty back together, ‘cause we pushed him off the wall on purpose, with your lunchtime delight in mind. Most of us know someone who’s always saying, “If you aren’t going to do it right, skip it.” We won’t be skipping this salad, and neither should you. Soft-boiled eggs, chopped and masterfully mixed with mayo, mustard, dill, and just a touch of Tabasco. This a simple, satisfying lunch might not be great for Humpty Dumpty, but it will put you back together again in a flash.
